BOOTENAL FAMILY TAVERN

What better way to start this year at the BOOT than having a living legend of the WA blues scene.
Ricks resume is impressive, chalking up more than 8,000 gigs in a musical career that spans decades, and fathered some of WA’s finest musical exports i.e. Luke (Empire of the Sun, Sleepy Jackson) and Katy Steele (Little Birdy).

Rick Steele will be performing at the Bootenal Family Tavern with fellow musician David Milroy. They will fill the 100 year old building with the classic blues tunes that will resonate with the crowd. 

This intimate performance will strike a chord with punters that know and love his work and is a great way for others that have not been lucky enough to encounter him live.

He is a very accomplished musician and without a big band clutter behind him and the boots acoustics we are in for a real treat.

Supported by young local lads Ned and Kody "2 reason" who are both under 18 (they are huge fans of Ricks) it promises to acknowledge the vintage and celebrate the fresh!
