Central Regional Tafe, Geraldton presents the Salt, Sand and See Cooking Demonstration. Join the future chefs of the Midwest live and on the big screen for some fun-filled and informative cooking demonstrations. We will be preparing a variety of sea-inspired dishes with free tastings and recipe cards to take home. The sessions will cover some of the basics from filleting and cooking fish to some unique sea-inspired dishes that will impress your friends.
