Lunchtime Labs

Pollinators has assisted the growth of more than 50 ventures using this facilitated business Model Innovation process.

This Lab will use a member's venture as a live 'case study': Pop-up restaurant - the Best Lobster in the World

We will use this as a case study in how to:

Model customer needs, Exhaustively brainstorm 252 business model combinations, Use clear criteria to narrow the combinations down to 3 most appropriate, Clarify assumptions for testing and market validation, Enrol collaborators in your venture through a facilitated process.

All this will be completed within one hour, over lunch, and with the active help of everyone attending.

This is an IDEAL opportunity for anyone wishing to learn these methods for application to their own venture.

The team behind the pop up restaurant will also get a great outcome!
