Platinum Electricians Midwest’s Business Development Manager, Richard Attrill, said the company always had a dedication to be different and deliver the utmost best service for their clients.

“I guess the first thing we thought was what concerns clients the most about tradesmen? The general perception is that they’re messy, they are late, they aren't friendly and they are scruffy,” he said.

“So we’ve decided to hit the nail on the head and change these misconceptions.

“We have strict procedures in place to ensure that our workers deliver the ultimate in service, professionalism and quality.”

Mr Attrill said although the new company’s name and brand has been a different look for the business, their ethos has not changed.

“One of the main reasons we re-branded is because we were looking at what we could do with the business and how we could add a more value and freshen it up,” he said.

Since the inception of the re-brand two weeks ago, Mr Attrill says the response from the community has been outstanding.

“We go above and beyond to keep our clients happy with the service they are receiving,” he said.

“So much so that we want to leave the place cleaner than when we started.”

The business was started by Mark Cocking 19 years ago as an individual contractor. The business has now grown to be one of Geraldton’s most trusted electricians had has a dedicated team of 35 staff.
