Building Maintenance Officer (REF: 208)

The City is seeking a highly motivated Building Maintenance Officer to provide professional maintenance services, minor capital improvements, and installation programs to support an effective and high quality outcome for City owned building facilities.

The successful applicant must possess a relevant trade qualification and have sound knowledge of building maintenance issues and relevant experience in a building, construction or maintenance role.

A salary starting from $64,106 per annum or $32.44 per hour will be offered dependent on knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications.
