This position requires all skills needed to run a busy hotel kitchen including, menu planning, costing, staff training, rostering, supervision, stock ordering, stock control, budget targeting, managing oh&s and health regulations.
We are offering a negotiable salary or contract. Accommodation and partner hospitality employment may be offered.
