We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in the Automotive Industry and is currently working within a multi franchised dealership environment. This is a great opportunity for a suitably experienced individual to be the Dealer Principal of a successful business in one of our regional Dealership Midwest Auto Group.

The Role
The successful candidate must demonstrate an entrepreneurial flair and be able to execute a successful business strategy. This role is responsible for the leadership and business management of this dynamic, versatile and expanding business overseeing all aspects of the operations with a focus on all key revenue streams and customer service. A strong and experienced support structure is in place to ensure you succeed in a challenging environment.

Skills Required

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Dealer Principal or General Sales Manager is essential together with the ability to demonstrate a strong record of success.

  • Be process and results driven.

  • A sound understanding of dealership operations, financials and industry benchmarks.

  • Demonstrated experience in sales and customer service, encompassing all aspects of dealership operations including leading and managing a team through effective and tactical communication skills

  • Strong leadership and communication skills. The ability to build and maintain long term business partnerships and have a strong industry reputation.
