The position is a combination of both reception, administration and chair-side assistance. This role allows you to work as part of a team that provides wonderful dentistry in an enjoyable and comfortable environment. You should have Dental Nursing experience to apply for this role (ideally 3+ years). Your role will be comprised of general front desk responsibilities, including:
Meeting and greeting patient
Management of appointment books and accounts (D4W experience)
Managing several phone lines
Liaising with patients and practitioners
Data entry and mailing tasks
Treatment planning and coordination
The chosen candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Efficiency, with the ability to effectively prioritise, multitask and use common knowledge as required
