Update: Police said remains were found at the home earlier today. According to the ABC:

...local officers went to the house to carry out a welfare check on Saturday night, as the child had not been seen for a number of weeks and concerns were held for her safety.
But local officers were unable to locate the girl, and inquiries were made with the child's family into her whereabouts.
Major Crime Squad Detectives from Perth arrived on Sunday to take over the investigation, before a child's remains were found on Monday.
