Is your life impacted by depression/anxiety or other mental health challenges?
The Personal Mentors and Helpers Program aims to support people aged 16 years and over whose ability to manage their daiy activities, and live independently in the community, is impacted as a result of Mental Illness, either formally diagnosed or not.
We will work with participants in a person-centred way to achieve goals and personal recovery.
