First 2 sessions are always FREE to see if you love it, so what do you have to lose?
Session themes include ropes, kettle bells, tyres, boxing, slam balls, resistance bands, flexi bars, agility gear and plenty of fun games.
TUESDAYS & SATURDAYS at 6am-7am until March 31st.
(Excluding January 27th & March 3rd due to long weekends)
There will be a total of 8 sessions in each of January, February and March.
Normal casual fees are $10 per session.
Also available - 5 Pack $45, 10 Pack $80, Monthly $60.
Location: Primarily at Allendale P.S. but there will be times where we mix it up and move to the Athletics Oval, Apex Park or even the Beach if it's really hot.
