Do you have Type II Diabetes? Then meet DESMOND, a free one day diabetes self-management workshop offered by 360 Health + Community.

DESMOND is quite unique as it is an education program designed to support you, the person with diabetes, to become the expert. DESMOND will empower you to take control and make decisions relating to your diabetes.

A family member or friend is welcome to come along on the day for support.

DESMOND is delivered by a specially training DESMOND facilitator who will assist your self-management by increasing your knowledge and understanding of what type II diabetes can mean for you.

Please be aware that a GP or allied health professional referral is required.

This is offered free of charge to anyone diagnosed with type II diabetes.
