This is a one day workshop from 9:00-4:00 in the Training Restaurant. 

This course offers the practical component of learning how to prepare and serve coffee. For those wishing to gain accreditation for career purposes, this is the first of two units necessary to complete. 

For those simply wishing to enhance that first cup in the morning that sees us through until morning tea, this is the course for you!
