Imperative for working differently

It is increasingly evident that to be sustainable non-government organisations (NGOs) need to adopt innovative approaches to service delivery, including forming strategic alliances and diversifying income streams.

This workshop will assist NGOs in the Mid West to consider their infrastructure and the services that they currently deliver and what might be done at a strategic level to ensure their ongoing ability to improve the quality of life for people in the region. In particular the project will focus on small to medium NGOs that solely or predominantly deliver services in this region.
