Come down and enjoy the Sun, the surf and the scenary whilst working out and burning some last minute calories before the Christmas Holidays hit us. All fitnesses welcome and everything can be modified.
Come and work on your core strength, build your cardio fitness and improve some muscle power in your body. Classes vary from boxing, bodyweight, tyres, ropes, kettlebells, beach/water sessions, weights and sandbags.
So if you want to come, have a laugh and a great workout and make some good friends. Head on down to the Foreshore.
