The Comedy Emporium SURVIVOR Improv Showdowns - May 2016

The Comedy Emporium’s Young Guns Youth Improv Troupe will bring you something hilariously new with SURVIVOR IMPROV on Saturday 28 (youth) May. 
Players have spent the last three months on an island competing with local wildlife (and each other) for the chance to win the ultimate title of SURVIVOR IMPROV CHAMPION. Watch as we flash back to the most interesting moments on the island through a new style of long form improv, at Theatre 8 on Eighth Street in Wonthella.

The Troupe has been training since February, and are accompanied by the ‘old hats’ who improv-ed in 2015. Coordinated by their Ringmistress, Jody Quadrio, the Troupes practice (laughing) once a week as part of the League. It’s like, an after school/work sport - without the fear of injury.. or exhaustion, but with the promise of sore cheek muscles.

Tickets are available online already at www.thecomedyemporium.com for just $12 or on the door for $15. There are student ($5) and family ($27) prices available too! Doors open 6.30pm for an 7.30pm show start. No BYO, bar available.
