What's in it for you?
This evening will help participants develop an awareness of stress and its effects on performance in the workplace, as well as at the personal level. This highly interactive 3.5 hour training involves:
- Learning about the physical and psychological impacts of stress
- Recognising personal stress signals
- Developing personal coping resources to manage stress more effectively
- Learning new stress management skills
About the facilitator:
This workshop has been developed, and is facilitated by WACRH's Mental Health Academic, Chantal Crinquand, who has extensive experience in facilitating mental health workshops and comes from a background of mental health nursing and counselling.
