On Sunday evening we'll come back together to check in with all teams, live stream to Perth so our teams can participate in the state judging, and above all, celebrate what we have been able to learn and achieve in just 2 days.
We've designed this to suit whether you've just spent your weekend hacking, or you're just dropping in to see what happens. By Sundayafternoon hundreds of teams from around Australia will have created project pages, proof of concept and videos showing creative re-use of government data.
Activities on the Agenda include:
Networking - meet and connect with other participants, mentors, sponsors,
Inspiration - see what local teams and those from Perth and around the country have created,
Learning - what did we learn? What were the best and most challenging aspects? What could we do differently?
Imagination - where could we take this, what's possible for us to do in Geraldton? Ongoing and for GovHack 2017
For participants and teams, Sunday evening is the end of our 46 hour journey, using open government data to prove a concept that can make a meaningful change in our region. In that time we will have created a project page, proof of concept and a video that tells the story of how government data can be reused.
