Delivered in schools, Protective Behaviours gives children the tools to understand the ownership of their body, the difference between surprises and secrets and knowing whether they feel safe or unsafe. It empowers them to get help and talk to someone if they feel unsafe.
Through the parent program, you are encouraged to expand your relationship with your child to encourage them to talk about issues and events that concern them, even if they think they will get in trouble.
Thursdays 20th and 27th April 2017 from 9.00am to 12.00pm. Bookings are essential - places are limited, you must attend both sessions. Free creche available, bookings essential. Morning tea, files and program materials provided.
