We meet every Tuesday night from 6.30pm. Only $10. Taught by an experienced coach who holds a black belt in Judo and has other combat experience.

During 2016/2017 in the Midwest there were 2,068 offences against the person inclusive of 7 murders, 59 assaults and 1,021 domestic assaults.

Absolutely no punching, kicking or ridiculous exercises, just a practical no nonsense approach to start defending yourself from possible attack. Must be 16 yrs old+.
