GRAMS Family Fun Day

  • Maitland Park Maitland Street Geraldton, WA, 6530 Australia (map)

The smoke and alcohol-free event promises a colourful and engaging array of activities and entertainment.

GRAMS Chief Executive Officer Deborah Woods said the day promised to be a fun-filled celebration of Aboriginal culture.

“The GRAMS Family Fun Day would have to be one of my favourite days of the year,” Ms Woods said.

“It’s so heart-warming to see our people come together – young and old and from near and far – in celebration of Aboriginal culture and community spirit.

“The event goes a long way to help us deliver our mission of encouraging healthy lifestyles – after all being part of a close-knit community is a key factor in overall health and well being.”

Highlights on this year’s program include MC Dr Richard Walley, and his production company who will offer a range of workshops and activities focusing on Aboriginal culture.

The GRAMS Family Fun Day is free for children aged under 12 and $5 for over 12s. It runs from 10am to 3.00pm
