Desert Blue Connect- Women’s Health program are holding their bi-annual International Women’s Day dinner on March 11th, 2021. It will be held at The Yacht Club with a sit down dinner by Dalgliesh catering. 

Geraldton has a number of extremely accomplished women in leadership roles across many facets of professional life- from the arts and social sciences to business and politics. 

Speaker Charmaine Green is a social sciences researcher (Aboriginal health), poet & visual artist, Joanne Fabling is the CEO of The Midwest Chamber of Commerce & Industry and we have the female representatives from each major political party currently running in our region: Lara Dalton- Labor Party, Natasha Colliver- The Nationals and Kathryn Jackson- The Liberal Party.

Please note, that this will not be a campaigning platform, but rather a way to recognise the advancement of women in politics and show of mutual support for each other’s accomplishments.
