A gentle yoga practice suitable for beginners, please bring your own mat or towel and water bottle.
Each session runs for 30 minutes so you can enjoy it during your lunch break.
No bookings required, this is a free drop in activity with Geraldton Yoga Club. You don't even need to get changed out of your work clothes!
