Join Keep Australia Beautiful Council, the Gero Clean Up Crew and Rum Jungle volunteers and help us clean up Midalias Beach and its surrounds to kick start Keep Australia Beautiful Week.
We’re calling on the community to help us remove plastic, rubbish, and waste from our beach and surrounding areas and sort and register what we find with the Australian Marine Debris Initiative (AMDI) database
Keep Australia Beautiful Council Chairman Michael Aspinall will open the event and the clean-up will follow with a BBQ to thank volunteers for their time.
When: Saturday 14th August
Where: Midalias Beach BBQ area (adjacent to the cafe)

Time: 9:00-11am followed by a BBQ
