The Geraldton Yoga club , Midwest Indian Cultural Society and The Art of Living Foundation and mIdwest Orthopedics are coming together to celebrate International Yoga day in Geraldton.

A morning to discover different styles of Yoga with guest Sri Sri Yoga School teachers Prashant Jaiswal and Zeelnaz Parabia.

Prashant Jaiswal is an Art of Living teacher and a Sri Sri Yoga teacher from the Sri Sri school of Yoga. He is an entrepreneur with business and accounting degrees, pursuing his MBA while enjoying music and singing.

Zeelnaz Parabia is a qulaified Sri Sri Yoga teacher also from the Sri Sri school of Yoga. SHe is a clinical psychologist working with the department of justice.

These sessions are short to give you a feel for the varying types of Yoga. There will be regular breaks throughout the morning to allow you to enjoy browsing the holistic wellness stalls and to catch up with friends.

We are honoured to have Ajay Potturi from the Art of Living foundation leading the closing meditation.

There will be a Yoga mat giveaway draw generously donated by Midwest Orthopeadics (you will need to be present with your ticket to claim your mat).

You also won't want to miss the dance performance by Natya school of Indian classical and Bollywood dancing.

A wholesome Indian lunch will be prepared for you by the generous Midwest Indian Cultural Society, please RSVP for catering purposes.

This event is FREE, however, please bring some money for the wellness stalls, and dont forget your Yoga mat and water bottle!
