Come along and learn what is CFQ Qigong and practise a couple of the gentle movements during the Health Helping Home fundraising event at Straight Up Health on Saturday July 25th. There will be two sessions during the day - 10.20-11.00 am and 2.25-3.05. The cost is a small donation on the day.
