Protective Behaviours program for parents and professionals

  • Child and Parent Centre - Rangeway, Hovea Street (map)

Term 2 - Wednesdays 14 and 21 June 2017 - 9.00am to 12.00pm

Term 3 - Wednesdays 2 and 9 August 2017 - 9.00am to 12.00pm

Delivered in schools, Protective Behaviours gives children the tools to understand the ownership of their body, the difference between surprises and secrets and knowing whether they feel safe or unsafe. It empowers them to get help and talk to someone if they feel unsafe. Find out how you can further support your child at home.

93% of child sexual abuse offenders are people that the child and the parents know and trust.

Join us at the Child and Parent Centre – Rangeway, entrance off Hovea Street.

Bookings are essential, places are limited. You must attend both sessions.

Free crèche available on booking. Refreshments and materials provided.
