Suspicious house fire probably squatters

A minor house fire in Geraldton this morning is being treated as suspicious, though Police suspect it may have simply been caused by squatters lighting a fire to keep warm.

The house in question is a derelict building on Hutchinson St, Geraldton, and suffered minor structural damage after catching ablaze around 3:00am this morning.
