Geraldton's most successful Real Estate Agents

Janette Brennan from Ray White was the winner of the Top Salesperson at the recent REIWA awards for Geraldton, with over $18.8 million worth of sales for the last financial year. 

The Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) Geraldton Branch Awards Evening was recently held at POSH, recognising the most successful real estate agents and offices in the area. 

The evening was attended by around 160 people from the real estate industry and associated businesses.

Janette Brennan was very humble when talking about her award. 

"You're only as good as the team that surrounds you," she said. "Thanks to my truly amazing assistant David Rawlingson, he takes so much pressure off me. As well as the admin team, rental department people, and the other sales reps from other agents are so nice it just makes the job so pleasant." 

Ms Brennan offered the following tips for any budding sales people wanting to have a fruitful career: "Never ever think about your financial return, just always focus on doing the job to the best of your ability. Also I always try to stay knowledgeable, and stay up to date new residential zoning codes." 

In second place was Lara Sadowski from Geraldton Property Team, and third was Henry Van Tiel from Ray White. A very close 4th place was David Sorgiovanni from Activewest.
