Video catches thief in the act - Can you help identify

Thursday night at the front of CUCRH (near the Uni) someone stole a bike that was parked there. 

Staff at CUCRH reached out to Everything Geraldton to see if one of the community members might be able to identify the suspect.  

Security footage catches the suspect in the act quite clearly, but the owners of the bike and the police need your help identifying him.
