In the midst of tragedy, this amazing Geraldton Mum is still fundraising for others

You may remember a few months ago we shared about Chez McKeating abseiling down Woodside Plaza in Perth to raise funds for PMH.

This amazing mum has sadly just lost her husband. He passed away last week, and the funeral is this week.

In spite of the tragedy, Chez wants to follow through on her plans to do the abseil, and we would love the community to support her.

Amazing Geraldton mum abseiling for PMH

August 22, 2013

Geraldton resident and mother Chez McKeating is abseiling down the side of Woodside Plaza in Perth (as you do) to raise funds for Princess Margaret Children's Hospital.

She says on her donation page:

Two out of my three daughters have visited PMH. We are now coming together as a Team to say 'thank you' and fundraise as much as we can. We are at present going through a cancer journey with my husband, Shaun (our Team Manager), and have realised the wonderful help thats out there. We want to ensure that when our daughters eventually have children, they will have the best care that Western Australia can give. We are from the country so its so important to be able to give back whenever we can. So we are completing this abseil as a family team to say Thank You PMH.

Please share and donate if you can.

Great work Chez!
