Members of the public have observed young juvenile offenders roaming the streets of Geraldton kicking footballs into victim’s yards. This is a common method used by offenders to ascertain if there are any dogs at the premises or any people home before they commit burglaries. Geraldton Police ask for the public to be vigilant and report any suspicious behaviour immediately. This gives Police the best chance to catch these offenders in the act.
Unfortunately Police receive a lot of information about these juveniles hours or days after they have been seen or when Police are conducting door knocks after a burglary has been committed.
