Expression of Interest for leasing the Spalding Community Centre

The City of Greater Geraldton is seeking Expressions of Interest from non-commercial organisations interested in the opportunity of a peppercorn lease for the Spalding Community Centre office spaces in exchange for delivering services to community members and maintaining the building.
This opportunity ideally suits organisations involved in the provision of community and social services. Expression of Interest closes 12 December 2016 and a copy can be obtained from the City’s website www.cgg.wa.gov.au or by contacting Community Development Officer, Steve Davidson, on 9956 6651.
