Western Power admits role in Amber's death
/The ABC reports that Western Power has admitted it played a part in the death of a Geraldton teenager.
Amber Finch was walking home with friends in the dark in January, 2011 when she was electrocuted by a fallen power line.
The line had been brought down during a storm the night before.
