Police say they have arrested 5 young teenage girls who arranged to have pizza delivered, then stole the driver's vehicle.
The incident occured at around 12:45am on Sunday Morning (15/9/13). The pizza delivery driver arrived at the address and parked in the driveway ofthe house. Whilst the driver was delivering the pizza a female entered the passenger side of the vehicle and a second female entered the driver’s side and drove away at speed.
Police say the females then drove to a nearby car park where they picked up a further three females and proceeded to drive around the Spalding area.
Police located and stopped the vehicle on Mark Street in Beresford where all five female occupants were arrested and taken to Geraldton Police Station.
Three juvenile females aged between 13 & 16 will appear at Geraldton Children’s Court on 24 September 2013 to face charges of "Steal Motor Vehicle" and one will face an additional charge of driving without a drivers licence.
The other two female offenders will face court at a time later to be determined.
