ADMINISTRATION - SCHEDULING & BOOKINGS
/We are looking for a confident person who will –
Fill full work schedules for technicians by phone and email bookings,
write up worksheets & calendar, raise job sheets.
MYOB Invoicing and customer records.
Participate in toolbox & safety meetings, complete WHS checks.
Provide general admin support to the office as required including data entry.
To be successful you will have –
Positive work attitude.
Confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Experience with office software – MYOB, word, excel, outlook.
Ability to organise prioritise and use initiative.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
