Helicopter winches man from ship
/An RAC rescue helicopter winched a man from a livestock ship off the Geraldton coast this morning.
The man suffered a medical emergency at about 5am and had to be rescued from the livestock carrier which was about 45 nautical miles off Dongara.
They took the man to Perth.
An Australian Maritime Safety Authority spokesperson said it was a medical emergency and not an injury.
